In this situation the victory will be yours if opposite player wouldn’t be able to getup. In case the game continue without any needs of referee counting or knockdown then the referee and the judges scorecards decide who is the winner of the game. The boxing is based round wise in which boxers get intervals for few minutes. The players that played the boxing are known as boxers.

For the first time the boxing make their position as sport in the Olympic Games in 688 BC. The boxing in which every boxer has some specialty in boxing and that’s how they recognize by it. Beside this the jogging, sit-ups, crunches, pushups, back pull-ups is the regular exercises which make them stronger side by side. The boxers keep special care about the weight that is an important factor for the boxer training. The boxers before the fight try to reached the place where the competition take place just to mould there self according to the climatic conditions. The boxer used equipment during the training or competition such as hand wraps, speed bag gloves, headgear, groin guard and mouthpiece. The purpose of all these equipment is to prevent the injuries, which might take place during the practice or competition. The technique of the modern boxing if we compare it with the 19th century and early 20th century are changed. The amateur boxer can improve their boxing skills if they concentrated on their fitness or workout properly.
